Early LifeRoots in Pampady
Georgekutty Abraham was born as the fourth child of Philipose and Annamma Abraham Kalimkoottil, Pampady. In his early age, he took his grandfather as his role model — a predominant member and a well respected elder of St. Simon Syrian Orthodox Church (Karikkamattam).
His grandfather's prayer life and dedication to the church activities encouraged him to be a devoted Christian from his childhood. His first venture into the service of our Lord was as an altar boy at his local church.
